"This hotel is ok. But staff didnt know i stayed there few days. She called me to ask check out in the morning. I had to adjust jet lag so i struggled to sleeping but she woke me up. It was so annoying. And bed and pillow has smell. Its not from cover cloth. Its from inside pillow and bed mattress. Smell was bed. But its ok overall except what i said. "

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Lotte City Hotel! I found that it was very clean and the staff was very kind. It was very welcoming to me as a foreigner. I would suggest that staff ask as check if you drove your personal vehicle and parked in the parking garage because upon leaving, I was about to be charged 409,000 won for parking because my vehicle was not registered with my stay. After going to the desk this small inconvenience was resolved, and I was only responsible for the 15,000 won parking fee. Other that they everything was great, and I would stay here again! "

"I found the staff extremely kind and helpful. They were quick to respond to any needs and requests we had during our stay. They would usually come to the room within a 5-7 minutes of placing a call. I would definitely stay again at this particular hotel and definitely would recommend it to my friends."

"This hotel had a cafe on the main floor (which had amazing drinks), and a restaurant on the top floor (which I never tried but I heard good things about it). Our room was so nice and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The plugs in the room had to had transformers, but the front desk let us check out transformers to use. The hotel was near two entrances to train stations, so it was easy to travel around. My one complaint was that the hotel is right next to a heavy traffic street, so we would hear a lot of honking during daylight and nighttime hours"
