We had a minor issue in our room and they were there within minutes to get things resolved. We loved our stay and would visit again without hesitation. Wonderful bedding, shower and accommodations. "The location was good, a few steps away from Bongeunsa exit 3. There is also a bus stop right outside. Its a short walk to coex mall through the station. The room itself is a little small. I didn't realise the sink is outside the toilet which i don't fancy to be honest. Toilet has japanese style bidet which was nice. I find it odd they dont provide a kettle but gave tea bags. Not sure how to boil the water for the tea. There was a nespresso machine which i didnt use. No amenities given for...
