"The staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so accommodating, helpful, how light, and just a joy. It's right in the heart of the French quarter, and at the same time when you retreat to your room for the evening it is quiet. It is meticulously clean. "The first thing i noticed was a funky smell as soon as i came in the door. Whatever. I quickly got used to it and it was not an issue after that. Staff were great. "This was a wonderful experience. From the valet to check out. Now i will warn you it is noisy till 4am. Like a big ass party out side... Because it is!! Any hotel on Bourbon street will be noisy dont complain bring ear plugs. We enjoy the private balcony the room provided. 2104 Room #."

"We picked our stay in New Orleans to be at Chateau Lemoyne because of a prior successful stay. We checked in early and so that may have changed our room, but we were given room #558. There was a hum coming from the bathroom that made the 1st night tough to sleep. We asked to change rooms, and we were given #room 238. "Everything was great until we got into out of the elevator & all we smelled was pot, then we went into our room & the smell was even stronger. Funny thing was that this hotel is supposed to be smoke free. Being a woman, I brought extra clothes that I never wore but everything in my suitcase had to be washed because it all smelled like pot. I had to wipe down my suitcase inside and out get the skunk stench off of it. Other than that, it was an ok last minute place to stay in. "
