"This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful, and most spoke English. The food was delicious at the restaurant and I enjoyed the hot tub in the room. Walking to the Secret Garden was fun and scenic. They helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my friend as well. Highly recommend for both winter and summer!"

"The room was spacious and the shower gel and shampoo provided were excellent. The on-site restaurant served delicious breakfast and lunch that I would not mind eating daily. Water and towels were refilled and replaced daily. Water pressure was good and hot water ran consistently. "

"The hotel was nice and the staff was even nicer. He made sure we had plenty of towels and water, breakfast in the morning and greeted us each time we came in and out of the hotel. Our room was unique with a hot tub in the middle but it overlooked the waters of Jeju so it was very nice. The AC worked very well as well. "

"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. "Not sure if the address on expedited is exactly accurate. Taxi driver from Jeju City acted like he couldn’t find the hotel in Seogwipo. Once we arrived I found a business card to give the taxi drivers so there’s no problem getting back to the property. Very comfortable stay. Beautiful views from the room.
