"Our room was lovely and they had free sandwiches delivered to your door every morning - they were both healthy/nutritious and yummy! Came with two slices of orange too. Close to convenient bus stops e.g. we took a direct bus to Osulloc Tea Museum (1 hour or less in total, with bus stop only a few minutes away). Staff were helpful too!"

"The check in process was relatively smooth. The only negative was the strong fragrance in the lobby. I must be sensitive to strong air fresheners but I think it was to mask cigarette smoke from the casino. We booked a suite with two king size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite was spacious and very clean. My family and I had a relaxing two nights there. "

"Everything about the room was amazing, although the two queens pushed together made a huge and kind of awkward king. The top floor bar can be skipped unless you feel like staying there all night for the all-you-can-drink beer. Otherwise the drinks are way too expensive. Restaurant seemed disused. Overall, quite happy with staff, service, and quality of hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Anyway, staff, see"

"This stay was part of a family and friends adventure for a child's birthday as well as a couple of first time visitors to Jeju. We had a good time. The location was further away from the city than we have stayed before which came with the benefit of fewer tourists, however, it also meant it took us longer to get places. China House Restaurant

"Hotel was excellent! But we want to leave a few words about an amazing Chinese restaurant in the hotel. We had an amazing dining experience at this Chinese restaurant China House at the Grand Hyatt Jeju, so much so that we went two nights in a row! On our first visit, we enjoyed the hot pot, and on the second night, we had the Beijing duck—both were exceptional. The food was the closest to authentic Chinese cuisine we’ve had in Korea. A special mention to Jennifer, who provided outstanding service. She was professional, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, especially for my pregnant wife, taking extra care to explain the dishes and accommodate her needs. Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere—highly recommended! We will definitely be returning."
