"I stayed in a traditional ondol room. The (bell hop?) Did not explain how to operate the ondol heating or that the room key must be inserted in a slot for the lights to work and be operated from a control panel on the side table. The room was clean and the bathroom had a nice deep tub,shower had good water pressure. My view was great, the ocean was so close,it was stunning. "The family room is very spacious with a large long table. It is reasonably clean and very comfortable. As we were travelling in a group of 7 senior citizens, the service staff singly carried our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift available. Worth to mentioned that each luggage weight not less than 17 kg. The surrounding is beautiful and serene, garden well maintained. "
