"We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our proprietress was amazingly helpful and made us feel incredibly welcomed the whole time we were there. "I stayed in a traditional ondol room. The (bell hop?) Did not explain how to operate the ondol heating or that the room key must be inserted in a slot for the lights to work and be operated from a control panel on the side table.
