"Always love staying at the Knickerbocker. The room was clean but the AC did not work. The bathroom was beautiful! Check-in process was not so smooth when using Expedia, for some reason? Claimed to not have our reservation. Parking in the area is atrocious. Otherwise, still a great experience at the Knickerbocker!"

"We liked the room, it was a little too small, especially the bathroom sink. There was a dog that barked off and on, especially in the evening right near our room. Very annoying! "

"Spacious room, and polite front desk staff. However some pains I wish I knew beforehand 1) Impossible to get an elevator to get to your room. Sometimes the wait was > 30 min ! With 3 small elevators for a 40-storey building, the resource contention is in-built in this hotel. Forget getting in and out of your floor at busy times in the AM/PM 2) No microwave in the room/floor is a let down 3) Breakfast area was too crowded, and wait times exceeded 1 hr in busy days."

"Great location, very clean and amazing free breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay and recommend this hotel. The only knock would be the parking. They don’t have valet and it is a bit confusing when getting yourself set up for the parking that is located around the corner. Once you figure out what needs to be done it’s fine but would have been nice to have valet. "
