"Excellent facility, close to haram, just opposite Haram's gate no. 79 (used for Tawaf). The rooms are spacious and they provided two double beds and one single bed for a family of 4 which was excellent. Lift is new and very fast. Good breakfast options. They charged extra for the kids breakfast which was not clear when I was booking at Expedia as Kids were included in the booking. So be mindful of that when booking. "We liked that there was shuttle and cart service but the shuttle was really slow. We had to wait 10-15 minutes each time where as other hotel shuttles was always coming on within 3-5 minutes interval.
