"Lovely 4th floor condo with excellent view of ocean. Very pleasant beach decor. Very clean and comfortable. We love this location with our food favs (Thai Buddha, Mellow Mushroom pizza) just a few blocks away, and not much more of a walk north to the natural foods grocery or south to JAX Beach pier and shops. We expect to return, even though the elevator was out during our 6-day stay -- ok for us, but could be an issue for others. Kitchenware was more than adequate, but note that this unit did...

"This hotel was perfect in every way. Right on the beach, great pool for kids, the Landshark restaurant was delicious and not overly priced, we could walk to anywhere we wanted. We went with a 2.5 year old and a 9 mo old. Breakfast at the Metro half a mile down the road is a must! And of course we walked to Joe’s Crab Shack for some crab legs. I can’t rave enough about the hotel! "

"The rooms were very clean, but I do think that housekeeping should do a little more deep cleaning. There was dust on the top of the sliding doors. You can see it when you pull the curtains all the way back. I feel like guests who stay at the motel shouldn’t have to pay for parking."
