This is an older property but updated nicely and in a fantastic location beachfront. I got an ocean view from, which was huge, with a pullout couch and balcony, for an extremely reasonable rate. Free breakfast included and sometimes cookies and snacks in the lobby. Friendly staff. It can be a little noisy but right in the center of restaurants, shops, and a park and pavilion area. This was my second stay and I'd definitely return.

All the staff are great! The hotel breakfast was excellent, the bedrooms were clean and smells good. The area outside the hotel didn’t look safe. My friend’s car had a broken door, somebody tried to steal the car. People walking at night like drunk and drugged.

They obviously have a knack for hiring wonderful, friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very nice. Only problem was TV. Difficult to turn on. Had to push a button on "controller".

For the price, this property was perfect. It's right in the middle of great shopping and restaurants. Just steps to the beach. Our room was cery clean and quiet. Hot breakfast every morning was a great plus.
