"Drove all the way from NC (8 hrs) to get to this property on Memorial Weekend 2024 at 10:00 pm and the code to the door did not work. Nor could I reach the property manager even hotels.com couldn’t reach them either and we had to be placed in a hotel away from the beach. We called the property manager, we sent emails and all. Luckily we had family there too that we could stay with the first night until our hotel was situated. Another red frag was the very lack of communication prior to arrival...

"Nice property Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, paper goods Would be nice to have a cutting board. Second story with larger balcony. Close walk to beach crossover. Refrigerator was noisy at night, we reported this, possibly compressor failing Washer and dryer was great to have available to dry beach towels(2 were available in home) Could hear new neighbors our last night of our trip blaring music late at night, but very quiet all other times.
