"The hotel is in a great location right on the beach and it has it's own beach access. This side of the beach was less crowded than by the pier, but the pier was only about a 30 min casual walk away. The hotel itself is in definite need of repairs which they were working on while we were there. However, we were only told they'd be working while we were there a few days before our arrival date and it was a nonrefundable stay. "This is an historic hotel and is just charming. the staff are friendly and courteous. The penthouse restaurant/bar has a beautiful view overlooking the beach and ocean. The menu has variety and everything we ordered was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again."

"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"The resort was nice but not enough dining options. They dont accept credit cards in any of the restaurants or shops. It was cold when we eent we tried to go into the outdoor jacuzzi but the water temperature in it was just luke warm and noone was around to adjust it, additionally there was very little entertainment..and any music was over by 7:00...too early."
