"Great place to stay. Only complaint, we did online check in but still had to wait in line at get our key. The check in line was 45+ minutes. Hotel only has one consistently working at reception with two others coming and going. I can’t remember waiting that long to check in ever. "

"A dip in the hot tub and enjoying the outdoors. Nice breakfast. Attentive staff and helpful when needing something. Workout room could be improved. No circulating air or fan. Nice treadmills with TV monitors, but very limited,2 channels. What happened to cable tv? Empty water and cup dispenser. Spend the money to make it nice. Otherwise, a very nice place to rest and relax. "

"Everyone was friendly and helpful. The linens smelled cleaned (which is huge plus). The layout of the room was great and just what we need. We really loved the Riverwalk and all of the ducks/geese. The only thing that I would suggest is a better menu for dinner and the pricing is a little high for the food."

"Tru by hilton in jax town center was great! I only stayed for a night, and didn’t have to go to the desk when I got in late. Only one star dinged in cleanliness cuz I found hairs in the bed and bathroom which I wasn’t a fan of. Overall very clean otherwise and a good experience!"
