"The hotel in general was okay however, there wasn’t housekeeping every day in a occasion we asked a housekeeper to please clean the room and to give us extra towels and toilet papers and she said that she was too busy to clean our room because there were too many guests staying. "

"The elevator was broken for majority of the trip which was a little inconvenient for us but overall wasn’t a bad trip. The breakfast was pretty bland and underwhelming but it was complimentary so I can’t complain too much. "

"We are delighted by our stay on this property, the room was comfortable, bed has good heating and air conditioning, awesome comfortable beds, Mina at the front desk was helpful - allowing us to leave our luggages so we can explore before checking in , really great location close to Universal Orlando , Wanderworld and Seaworld and the Epic Mcdo , Gustavo and Hilton are specially helpful on loading our bags on the cart when we were checked in , Sirlene, Danilo , Aura and Sofia are nice enough to say hi, will stay definitely again if we are at the area."
