"The food was okay, nothing major. Rooms were always clean. The property was very well maintained. Lack of waiters around the pool, would always have to get up to get a drink. Unlike other Riu’s I’ve stayed at, there was always someone walking around offering you a drink in their bar cart. Here there wasn’t. There was only 1 waitress walking around the pool when I was there, mind you it was the main pool. They could use more waitresses/waiters. The entertainment was mid, same as all other Riu’s. However, I do recommend the White Party, that was very fun. Many people didn’t know there is a club at the Riu Jalisco and we have access to it. Very fun! Drinks were great. Overall, would stay here again. "
