"The staff is very friendly. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. There is a small refrigerator available; make sure to turn on the dedicated switch to power up the refrigerator. A yutaka is available for use. The hotel has a nice bathhouse! There are washing machines & dryers available on site. The breakfast is amazing- a large selection to choose from. "Superb hospitality from the owner and his team. Breakfast on both days were delicious. If you arrive by train, private transport to the property may be arranged. We shared a room for 4pax with a private toilet. Wash basins with a water dispenser was communal. It was a very special experience for us. Loved the natural setting of the onsen. "

"The walls are paper-thin, you can hear neighbor's TV. There is a smell of mold in the room. The shared bath was not clean. The futons are very thin as well.
