"Traffic outside door and on one side of hotel makes it noisy on one side of rooms. We had trouble with non functioning safes and heating/cooling system. The staff was always present and very helpful. They prepared a complimentary lunch when our departure was before breakfast. Great location for easy walk to center but traffic and pollution from traffic a negative."

Stunning hotel not far from Arequipa city centre.

"Absolutely stunning hotel. From the friendly staff at the reception, to the rooms quality and the variety of options for breakfast, this is the place to stay to make your visit to Arequipa a memorable one. They took care of everything and were super helpful when asking for recommendations, booking a taxi and with the check-in/out process. The only detail to improve would be the shower which would spilt water despite having a glass door. Everything else has 5 stars treatment. Totally recommend it. "

"First, the room didn’t look like the pictures on the website. It was small and run down. There was confusion about the rooms, and they gave us one bed when we ordered two beds, so they didn’t even have the correct information. Also, the cleanliness of the room was another concern. This place doesn’t have AC, so if you run hot, this is not the place for you. Many rooms face the inside of the building, and that's the only window you will have for the air to circulate. We had to use a floor fan in the room, which had probably never been cleaned. On top of that, trying to close the curtain to go to sleep, the pole fell—it was super heavy and thankfully didn’t hit anyone—spreading many dust particles around. The next day, I woke up sick. Two days later, my roommate woke up with allergies, and I contracted a cold that ruined my trip to Cuzco. "

"I rarely feel compared to leave a review but the staff were so accommodating, the building is beautiful, the rooms clean and the beds huuuuge. Had a great stay. The nice gentleman who showed us to our room and gave us a tour was the highlight, just great service."
