"THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. "The Hotel is very nice and clean. I arrived by Peru Hop bus at 5 am in the morning and they checked me in for half of the price which I was happy at the end and I swop breakfast for that morning as I was leaving next day at 3 am for Colca canyon trek.
