"The hotel itself is very nice and the atmosphere was great. We were able to have breakfast in the patio and Briham offered us excellent service. We got to our hotel in the very early hours of the morning and we were offered coffee and breakfast. Our rooms were not ready and were told that we would get a text when ready. We never received the message so we checked in the late afternoon. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

However the window on the city side meant it was very very loud at night (we had to use earplugs at night to be able to sleep). The highlight was the Roman baths which is beautiful, however it is not included. It costs 17$ which is totally worth it, given you get exclusive use for one hour. Make sure you book it long in advance. We also got the massage and was fantastic! I would be back only if I could have...

"The property had a courtyard that made the whole hotel feel like a resort getaway. The bar was beautiful, the front desk was super helpful, and sitting next to the pool sipping a beer and playing cards was the perfect way to relax after walking all over Arequipa. "THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person.
