"I stayed here in 2019 and loved it. Now back in 2024 and I still love it. Only problem if the horrible smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. Jerry at front desk tried helping me solve the issue but hotel was solid booked. Buffet is good. Many food selections. Lucy the concierge was amazing trying to help me navigate the city. "Property is located in an apartment building sitting above a plaza. Accessible to convenient stores, food restaurants and groceries. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book with serve you international again. Although we had a language barrier good ol translation app fixes this. They were helpful in making sure our needs were met like booking us car hires and directing us in the right directions."

Fantastic Hotel - not close to expo centre

"I stayed here as it was close to the trade centre, turns out it isn't and its a 20/30min walk and the hotel doesn't have a bus service so I had to get a taxi or walk to get to the expo centre. On the positive side the hotel and hotel staff were amazing and couldn't do more to help. "
