Great location and amenities generally pretty good. Staff were nice enough and helpful. Some language barriers. Check-in not handled that well and room configuration not correct (or as requested when booked). Basic/standard rooms are very basic and feel old and tired. Beds are very firm (and in our case - broken). Maintenance works should be advised beforehand (eg. cutting off hot water for 3 days) and not after the fact. At least they provided a free upgrade to a better room (after we insisted).

Loved the pools and options for dining. Tempura Shrimp and pizzas were awesome. Thai dishes were also very good.

The best location and the best staff there!! Food is great and rooms are fabulous. Pool and beach so nice too!! Ppl were amazing there!! Massages are worth every penny as well!!
