"Very friendly and helpful staff, took care of requests and provided great advice for things to do. The room is beautiful and the service was great. Location is perfect if you’re motorbiking around - it’s away from the kinda trashy ao nang beach - and the window overlooked the ocean so that’s pretty great. There is an outdoor shower to wash off from the beach when returing home. They provide a motorbike if you need one (250 baht a day). Breakfast was nice to have there, but we would have...

"Banyan Tree Krabi is an incredible property, with stunning views... maybe the best in Krabi. Top-notch staff, rooms, beach, and services. While definitely pricey (think Western prices $$$), we absolutely loved our stay and couldn't recommend it enough. "

"I thought it was cute, generally clean and management very polite and accommodating. They helped us find motorcycles to rent, gave us a map, offered to wash, dry and fold our dirty laundry (for a reasonable fee). They even called us a taxi for our next stay on the island!"

"A small beach resort with a nice sea/sunset view. Very clean and quiet. The owner and ladies work in this property are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the beach is a nice touch! One thing that you do need your own transportation, the little village has a few decent restaurants within walking distance but most of them are closed by 9 pm. But Ao Nang is only 20 minutes drive away if you need some night time entertainments. Overall we’re very pleased we chose this property, will recommend...

"Everything about Laguna Villas meets the highest standard. The room, the food, the staff. The transport arrangements they made for us were flawless as well. The swimming pool is also stunning. We haven’t left yet but we’re already thinking about coming back."

"The welcome is lovely, the hotel feels small and boutique. Room was a little smaller than expected and the bathroom dated. However, beds were comfortable and balcony space was huge with a fan. Pool area is small but well maintained and the views are exceptional "

"One may say it is expensive for thailande… but it worths the price. The hotel is incredible, really. Depending on what you are looking for, but Klhong Muang beach is not crowded at all compared to Ao nang. So peacefull with some good restaurants on the beach. Restaurants of the hotel are expensive compared to ones outside, indeed, but quality of the food is way higher. "

"Lovely Resort! The staff are so kind and accommodating! You can rent a scooter from the resort , so cheap and explore the island. Breakfast was included and average but yummy! The dining options for lunch and supper are Thai and western, very good! Nice clean rooms and if you get a room without an attached pool you can use the pool at the resort on the beach down below! Great views! "

"The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We were there in the off season and arrived in a heavy rain and the staff made the check in process easy. We did an excurision for the hotel in a long boat to the islands with our guide Pong. I highly recommend it was great experience swimming in the lagoon, enjoying the beach and observation tower. "Wow, what a truly special place. We were so lucky to stay one night here on our trip to the island. The service was incredible, Sin took time to recommend places on the island and make us feel right at home. Its tranquil setting, the sound of running water from the beautiful features, birdsong and wind chimes. Our room was perfect, clean and peaceful. We even had two massage therapists arrive in the morning to massage us on our front decking area. The massages were amazing and to be able to have them right outside your room was so special. We were able to rent a scooter from the property which was very helpful. The breakfast, banana pancakes were simply delicious! A slice of heaven on a beautiful island. Would highly recommend and we will be back! Thank you! "

"This small resort was incredible! It was truly paradise. The restaurant food was pricey compared to Thai dishes outside of hotel but the Thai dishes were very delicious. The western dishes were ok, but sufficed to mix up eating Thai for every meal. Breakfast was included and had amazing view of ocean and buffet style, very delicious. The staff was all so kind and welcoming and very helpful! Would stay here again! "

"Everything about this property is exemplary. The staff were so kind and helpful, we loved the primitive but low-key tech friendly villa, the food was excellent and day tours to the Phi Phi Islands and diving, snorkeling etc were breathtaking. I have been blessed to stay in 5 star resorts in Australia, the Caribbean Hawaii etc and would rank this the best. Of course we will be back soon! "

"Wow!! What an incredible stay! This place is so much better than you can tell or imagine when booking it. Very boutique luxury stay. It has 4 villas, with a dedicated restaurant and pool. But the concierge service is fantastic. From before our arrival they arranged our transportation, arrival dinner and tours. They are the type to predict the guest need before the guest event thinks about it. Very proactive approach to management. The food was very good. The drinks were good. Reasonably priced for the boutique setting. They have scooters for around the island. I can't say enough. Would be back in a heartbeat. "
