Quiet, accessible to shopping center, walkable distance to supermarkets like Mercadona and Aldi. "This was my first time in Spain. I am so glad I found this hotel. Staff were very friendly and courteous. It was close to the Gran Via and to other restaurants. It was quiet and there's a terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy free coffee. Really good coffee, baked goods and fruit. My baggage got lost and the airlines sent it to my hotel and the hotel staff informed me right away. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The only thing is unlike American hotels, the lights won't turn on...
