"The hotel itself is very nice and clean but our room was quite small. It hardly fits two beds. The bathroom sink is in the same space as the beds so it is a little odd. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The location is very convenient. Tons of restaurants nearby."

It’s the location!

"Knowing that we’d be using the train quite a bit, we chose the hotel primarily for its location - just a few short blocks from the Tokyo train station. It was perfect! (It’s also happens to be across the street from a mall with a Don Quijote - great for fun flavors of KitKats and souvenirs.) The breakfast buffet was worth the price and kept us going past lunch but we wished that it had varied a bit from day to day. There’s an espresso machine in the lounge though it would have been nice if there was one in the dining room where breakfast was served. Like most Japanese hotels, the room was on the small side and spotless. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The only negative was that we didn’t find the hotel desk or dining staff to be as friendly or as helpful as staff at other hotels. "
