"Perfect stay. The hotel excels in every aspect. The service is amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly, the property is sparkling clean, great location, fantastic pool, amenities, free bikes and activities. Not too many rooms which is a plus and the value for money was excellent. The restaurant was average to my liking, but the food quality was good. Very happy with this hotel, can’t wait to be back. "

"Nice hotel in a beautiful little city. Easy to walk to everything and plenty pf tour options available at the travel desk. Only two minor complaints, a walk in shower would be much nicer than a shower in the bathtub, and in our room at least (161) there was no electrical power point near the kettle. Small items, but noticeable. "

"Love this location! Anytime I travel to Hoi An, I stay here. Would like for them to bring back the local snacks (free) at with reservations but that doesn't take away the awesome customer service. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is VERY clean."

Felt like be in nature, very nice experience.

"The breakfast was excellent each morning. I stayed five days and they would vary the menu each day, taking about four days to repeat All of the staff did an excellent job, they were vary professional. I had an ocean facing suite and it's layout was awesome."
