"Good location and easy access to marts. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff are usually friendly, though language can be a bit of an issue. Had a bit of confusion during check-in and had to wait almost 5 hours as we were bit early. However they helped us with our laundry and extended check-out. Rooms are quite spacious and with personal balconies. Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend anyone visiting HCMC. "
