"No communication, we were not told anything and some staff would walk by and not say anything. Only one lady toward the end saw us in the hot tub and told us there were towels they preferred us to use and provided them. The air conditioner on our last day was spitting water on the floor. "Back again for a little birthday outing. Really a very special property. Beautiful rooms, attentive staff. Had the opportunity today to grab a breakfast sandwich from the cafe across the street and take a walk to Walgreens and enjoy the neighborhood. Felt almost like being in Greenwich Village. Artsy and real, if you want something top notch without sending your money to a chain hotel overseas, you must stay here. Thanks again!"
