"We were in town unexpectedly due to a death in the family. The staff couldn’t have been more supportive and accommodating. They were very flexible because our situation was so fluid and unsure. Even offered a very late check out to ensure we had a place to be together until our departure. The rooms were smaller than we expected but the service was better than could have been expected."
