Walk to Ueno is about 7-10min, transportation is convenient as well. The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils, refrigerator and microwave oven. Definitely would recommend it."

"For my fellow Americans, please realize hotel rooms in Tokyo are small. This hotel is no except. But it was clean and close to the Ueno train station. Staff spoke English well and checkin and out was no problem. It’s clean and functional. Good if you just want a crash pad which our family wanted. It’s also hard to find a hotel that will allow 4 people in 1 room. 3 seems to be the max. "

Conveniently located a straight shot from the Ueno Station’s Iriya exit (and not the Iriya Panda exit that Google Maps kept suggesting). "The room was a good size for our family of 4 and we liked that the toilet, shower and sink were in separate spaces. Had a small kitchenette which was helpful. Staff was friendly and location was good. The only complaint was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. Spent a lot of time waiting for the clothes not to dry…would not recommend using their laundry. "
