"The hotel looks to be renovated and uses a digital key to open the front sliding door and room door. I was sent a link with my reservation info and the digital keys. Opened the link on my phone and swiped the digital key to open the door. My concern was whether their WiFi would be working, which is needed to open the link. Cell signal on my phone was spotty there. Parking was in the rear of the hotel on parking spots with yellow lines. Coop market was next door, which was very convenient....

"Super happy, helpful staff. Family room was just as expected - a good size. Bathroom was small, but had/did everything we needed! Car park was tight to get in/out of, but good to prevent windscreen frosting over. Location was perfect to visit Titlis and Luzern etc and breakfast offer was fair! "

"We stayed here on our way to Basel for New Years and it was a quaint little hotel near a skiing hotspot. The fog in the area was quite thick so we unfortunately couldn’t take in the beauty of the area. The breakfast was rather limited compared to other places we stayed and parking was across the street in a shopping plaza lot but close enough not to be inconvenient. There were only a couple of restaurants that were open nearby and most people were in town for the skiing. Sad we couldn’t take one...

"This hotel was beautiful! We had a car, which made it easy to get to. There was a bus station at the bottom of the hill if you don't have a car. Stephanie, our hostess, was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was closed for dinner the two nights we were there during the week. I would recommend this place if you want an excellent view of the ALPS."

"We arrived to the hotel via train & bus with a one-night booking and dinner reservations upon our arrival time. The hotel was closed with lights off and no one in sight. We had to call multiple times to get anyone to answer, and finally, we had someone answer and share that they had an issue with the fire alarm so they had to shut down. When we spoke to someone in town, they told us they shut down every year at this time so it is normal for them to be closed. We booked this hotel months in...

"Clean, updated and super easy transportation into Lucerne (#20 bus) boats, train station other bus lines. Would have been nice to have a mini microwave in room but still ok. had great views from our second floor room of the Alps. Staff was excellent, Samuel is THE MAN for everything. Breakfast is not traditional American style but more than ample. Cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yogurts, excellent coffee choices, pastry and fruits."
