"Its a nice hotel and convenient with area to everything. Only complaints would be that check-in takes to long with long lines and too many people. Also, the elevators take way to long and are usually packed with people. Had to walk down 7 flights of stairs with our luggage because, every elevator was packed. Waited 20 minutes to get on before walking down the stairs. These areas needs improvement definitely "

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The valet parking is expensive and takes a long time to retrieve your car. I wish there was a self parking option because that would be much faster."

"Construction work going on so no self parking or on site pool available, wil be some years until complete. "
