"The hotel complex is large and very nice. We stayed in the main tower. Our room was clean and quiet and had a wonderful view of the city. The hotel is right next to Shinigawa station and was easy to get around the city from. The complex had a lot of shops and restaurants and a 7/11 which was very useful. Would highly recommend!"

"The hotel staff are very attentive and helpful, and many spoke english which made communication very easy for check in and check out. The room had very good light blocking curtains, and was very quiet. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and had all the required amenities. The bed however was unfortunately so uncomfortable I could barely sleep even after a 9 hour flight, the pillows were so firm and tall that my neck was aching all through the next day 😭 otherwise the stay was very good, but...
