Lovely guest house in a great location within walking distance to the bars, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great, the room was were spotless and the hosts a lovely couple. The fact you get a parking permit is an added bonus too, I’d definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had a couple of days in Harrogate and this was just the right spot. Clean, cosy and close to the centre of Harrogate, with enough distance that you didn't feel in the middle of chaos. We were well looked after from before our arrival and I cannot recommend the place highly enough.

Extremely friendly and helpful host. Well organised. Allowed me to check in early and sorted my parking out with permits for the on street parking. Clean and smart looking place. Excellent cooked breakfast.

A great place to stay for a meeting at the conference centre (2 minute walk). Less than 10 minutes walk from the station. Comfortable clean room. Excellent breakfast. Great communication and welcome.

Michael and Denys were perfect hosts. When I arrived I was met with a friendly welcome and shown to my room. Throughout my stay they were always on hand to answer any queries and served a wonderful breakfast. The place was clwan and tidy with great facilities.

The owners were very friendly , the room was spacious clean, comfortable with everything required for our stay . Breakfast was excellent and the owner/chef even shared tips on preparation of various items.would definitely return and would recommend to friends and family. A credit to Harrogate😊

Fantastic B&B establishment on the edge of the town centre. Friendly& accommodating hosts. Great breakfast. Spotlessly clean with all facilities that one would require. Parking on street with a permit provided by hotel. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, would definitely stop there again and recommend without hesitation.

Just had a fabulous stay at the geminian guest house . One of the best guest houses we have ever stopped in. The hosts michael and denise are so friendly and welcoming . The house is so close to the town centre , railway station etc. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfy . The breakfast was tasty and good choice . When you arrive you get a free parking permit for the length of your stay . What can I say , if you want to visit harrogate stay at the geminian.

3 night stay at the Germinian, Michael & Denys were excellent hosts, our room was light and airy, hot water was plentiful ad the bed very comfy. Breakfast was wow! wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for making or first stay in your wonderful city a pleasant experience.

A lovely small B & B well situated in Harrogate and within walking distance of Harrogate station & town centre. Friendly welcome and a nice room. Cereal, fruit and yoghurt, along with fruit juices laid out for breakfast . Then a choice of a cooked breakfast . Or just poached eggs or scrambled eggs . Whatever you ask for was no trouble to them. Even vegetarian breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Harrogate

If you are looking for a friendly welcome, a great location and a lovely, clean room then this is ideal. The owner even remembered breakfast orders in case you wanted the same as the previous day. I have already reserved a room here for my next visit to Harrogate.
