"My only complaint is that it was difficult to find (I recommend not bothering with trains/busses and just take a taxi. You’ll save yourself a lot of grief). Otherwise I have nothing but great things to say! It was quiet, clean, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. It’s a completely different experience compared to other types of accommodations and I highly recommend it to anyone even if only for one night! "

"Our experience was lovely! We stayed two nights. The staff was so accomodating--it was our first experience at a traditional ryokan, and the staff was very helpful in explaining various customs. "I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "
