"It was a pleasant stay and location is great. Is about 560m away from Kanazawa station .We are able to drop off our luggage at Kanazawa hotel before our check in time . Is a plus as this hotel is unmanned. Smooth Check in with password given. Comfortable bed and family friendly. "

"The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"My wife and I loved our stay at the Kagabi Yuzen townhouse! We stayed for a few days and it was a wonderful location to walk from to get around Kanazawa, which ended up being our favorite city during our trip around Japan. The property itself was very cozy. The beds and sitting areas were very comfy. The bathrooms and toilets were very well maintained and easy to use. The air conditioning was great and plentiful in all of the rooms where we needed it. "Beautiful traditional accommodation in historical district of Kanazawa. Very comfortable accommodation. Weather in Kanazawa was inclement and perhaps we should have been warned to bring umbrellas offered by the accommodation. Minor detail but otherwise the staff were super helpful and friendly. Such a beautiful accomodation, loved the stay and would return again. The streets are narrow so the taxis/ cars can only drop you at the closest side street, not at the front door. "If say it's a hotel, rather say it's an apartment. Basically you take the whole apartment yourself, good for family to stay together. Staff is nice and happy to welcome everyone. Nice view from top of the hotel and close to other major spots"

"Excellent location with buses stopping outside (including the RL & LL loop tourist buses). Lots of konbinis a short walk. Not far to the Castle or Kenroku-en gardens. Free wine and sake, cold tea and nuts and popcorn from 3pm to 8pm. Lots of extra amenities to pick up in reception and free umbrellas (if they have them available). Only a couple of small niggles - no on-site laundry (which we knew) but there is no pull out washing line in the bathroom or any hooks anywhere. Decent size room with a small open wardrobe area and a couple of draws. Black out blind was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again and will look for this brand again on our return to Japan."

" Toilet is spacious. Room is clean. - Laundry was always occupied. People left clothes in washer/dryer and I went to the laundry multiple times and found it was not available. There is no way to know when it is available remotely."
