"Very nice resort. Kitchen utensils for cooking were very limited-one very small saucepan. They did bring a skillet when I called to ask for more. We had a couple of issues with the room maintenance and each time we called, they sent someone immediately."

But Customer Service needs some attention, would definitely be 5 stars with more transparency with guests about closed areas and having bartenders properly stationed at bars that claimed to be open throughout the day. (it was midweek) That aside we still had a wonderful time and would definitely come back to Westgate Lakes Resort!"

"The food was way too expensive for someone just staying at a hotel. We had to either walk or drive to find reasonably priced food. It was 12.00 for one little airline bottle in the mini bar. I can by one of these for a 1.50.....really guys?? The staff was great and treated us very respectfully. "
