"The hotel is perfect for exploring Greenwich itself. It's right next to the train station (mainline and DLR) and there are plenty of things to do and restaurants close by. They have a secure room for bags, for before check in and after check out, which is very useful. On check in we were asked to pay for breakfast, and I thought I had already paid for that but didn't have the time then to check. I checked later and they did refund me, but they said it was an error the system not showing...

"Lovely staff..kept checking we were ok. Our own fault for not mentioning and giving the staff chance to rectify an annoying door banging problem that happened each morning. Will also know to make sure that we’re not booked into a room with an adjoining door - we heard far more than wanted to. Otherwise would recommend this hotel for lovely staff, reasonable bar menu and convenience for railway routes into the city"

"Arrived at the hotel only to be told that they had no booking under my name. Apparently it's now under new management and all previous bookings have not be honoured. Had a triple room for £84 - told they could provide a single at £119 and a double at £199. Contacted Hotels.com for help - again useless. Only informed that no charge for the original booking had been taken. They even sent me an email later in the day asking how my checkin experience was!!! Offered no help in trying to find an...
