Management was great they sent me a free drink voucher everyday I was there because my room when arriving had a few minor issues (an inoperable mini fridge and someone left a few boxes behind below the tv). We paid for early check in pre-arrival but when we got there it wasn’t available. We arrived at 10:30 AM and we’re not able to get into our room until 1:30 PM.
