"Happy and dissapointed at the same time.....we booked a 4 bed suite via hotels.com on a half board basis...room and cleaning staff were fabulous, Breakfast food and staff were second to none...Pools and beach areas were excellent (shared with Hilton JBH) so great hotel if you dont have food allergy....our daughter is allergic to dairy and gluton and while the hotels will tell you in their reply that they cater for all requirements they actually dont !! In Hartison buffet we found grilled chicken...

"We are extremely impressed with the customer service, specially Anila in the restaurant who was extremely helpful and kind and when she realised I was unwell sent me a goody bag for breakfast . However the property lacked a choice of restaurants. The main restaurant was the only major one . The Greek restaurant was outdoors and it was too hot to sit outside and the Korean bar didn’t allow kids after 8pm so was if no use to us. "We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at Atlantis Dubai! From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service made all the difference. The front desk staff, especially Rano, was incredibly kind and helpful. She ensured a smooth check-in and went above and beyond in arranging our room. Rano took the time to explain the property’s amazing amenities, making sure we didn’t miss out on any of the incredible experiences Atlantis offers. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, thanks to Rashed and the cleaning team. They went the extra mile by decorating the bed beautifully for my daughter, which brought such joy to her during our stay. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel special. A big thank you to Iba, the team leader, for overseeing such a dedicated and professional crew. The entire property itself is breathtaking, with endless activities and amenities for families and couples alike. From the Aquaventure Waterpark to the incredible dining options, every aspect of our stay was perfection. Thank you to the entire Atlantis Dubai team for making our vacation unforgettable. "Excellent location & best of services one could look forward to. Great onsite restaurants & lot of eateries around the corner on Bay avenue. Bay avenue is also great for waking/running. Overall centrally located & close to dubai metro. Taxis always available at the property. Taj also arranges for airport pickup & drop off, at a cost."
