"Great all inclusive stay at this property. Food cleaning, shows, drinks are all good and most of the staff are great except their preferred club reception and support. They act like you don’t exist and will not call you back even when requested. Leave this group out and I will have no hesitation recommending this hotel. One peice of advise. Do not book Honeymoon suite if you want a good view. ( 11th floor). View is blocked with bars covering your balcony "

"Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests. "

"The breakfast buffet was very complete, but I found the fruit to be green or tasteless. The juices were not natural. The bread was also not tasty, as you normally find in Mexico. But the hotel in general was very nice, and the staff was friendly."

"Staff was awesome Lusio front desk clerk was the Best. Hotel, very clean, we had clean sheet everyday, new hand soap. Clean pool. Location was awesome, transportation was close ,the Niño Beach was at walking distance, walking distance to affordable place eat and walking distance to public transportation. "

"Good central location, lots of nearby restaurant choices. Beaches were a couple of kilometres away, or inexpensive (12 peso) local bus can take you out to the "hotel zone," 20 km stretch in total, featuring many shopping and restaurant opportunities, wall-to-wall tourist kitsch, as well as more beaches. And a fine indoor-outdoor Mayan Museum around km 15. Hotel Nader itself was basic and fine, friendly staff and a good restaurant attached. Our advertised "double" beds seemed smaller and tighter...

"It felt like living and walking in a brothel. People were consuming unacceptable things, and bringing strange people. The place is dirty, the economic room has no access to the ac. The worst hotel in 11 years of my travelling. The staff is arrogant and will use excuses not to use the same language. They charged me more than what I had to pay for. "It was an amazing trip! Gorgeous weather, clean rooms, room service, endless drinks very refreshing. The entertainment team Erik, Rubi, and Max were always grabbing us to play beach volleyball, water aerobics, and generally chat with us about our vacation. The amenities were delightful, the spa was so worth it and felt like paradise, the massage was perfect. We could not have asked for a better time. We felt safe too. "
