Excellent location. Nice ambiance and spacious. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the stay and pool. It’s very close to place from where water sports begin. 2-3 min walkable to tram station and 6 min walk to surfers paradise beach location. Property should have kept sufficient toiletries which was missing. But altogether, a decent place to stay and if we plan to come back, we can surely choose this dwelling again.

Had a nice time. The apartment had everything one would want for a comfortable stay. The pool area was nice. The view from the balcony was excellent!! Only thing was that there were cigarette butts on the balcony left over from the previous guests. Other than that all was good.

Had a fabulous stay. Apartment was massive, and surprisingly modern. Walls a bit thin (could hear neighbouring resident watching TV and bird life, sirens etc) but overall no problems. views of the river stunning. Spent time in pool most days.
