The service in the lounge lobby could have been better if they had had more staff as this bar also serves drinks to the restaurant so you do have to want a significant amount of time if you want a drink otherwise it was a great stay!"

"When we arrived (with 2 little children) we couldn't get in as the gate was locked. After 20 min of calling out a teenage boy showed up and made comments in not very pleasant voice that we were supposed to get a gate code to let ourselves in. But we never received any instructions!!
