"Pretty basic furniture Bed sheets with sand Toilet seat not well mounted Shower on the suit leaking Second toilet with no water retention what makes the whole toilet wet"

"When we arrived (with 2 little children) we couldn't get in as the gate was locked. After 20 min of calling out a teenage boy showed up and made comments in not very pleasant voice that we were supposed to get a gate code to let ourselves in. But we never received any instructions!! Then he couldn't get into a small safe on the outside wall of the "office" where our apartment keys were locked in. After another few minutes a teenage girl appeared and unlocked it. Fab for families!

"Designed for families! We had a wonderful time! The staff were awesome, super fun and interactive with the guests of all ages! Plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy, the set up is great! A schedule of what is on and what can be booked is sent to your phone as soon as you check in. Several well priced options and you don’t even need to leave the hotel, however if you do the tram is nearby so transport is easy. We stayed in a deluxe room which is one of the newer rooms and no complaints. We look forward to coming back!"
