"The staff were excellent. Desk staff was very friendly even when they were swamped. The breakfast buffet staff are very professional and would clear plates and trays so that there was no pile-up. They deal with a large volume of people well. It's just a little bit "beat up"looking from the wear and tear of so many people, and the lobby is ugly. The lighting is ugly too. Our bathroom shower didn't drain properly and was completely missing the Shower Gel canister. I just borrowed the sink soap. If you want a good value in the Loop, I can highly recommend. "

"Great hotel, I have stayed here before. Friendly and professional staff and nice rooms. The only thing that bothered me is that there was a half-drank bottle of Coke in the mini-fridge in my room. That tells me that the cleaning staff either did not check it--which means they didn't clean it, or, it was theirs, which is not appropriate."
