"The Westin Hotel is such an enjoyable, historical and friendly place to stay. I didn’t get the room that I had booked because we arrived early. The room that I opted for was very spacious and comfortable. The staff from the front desk to the maintenance workers are so helpful, friendly and willing to answer your questions. Getting around the local vicinity is easy and there are lots of shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I can’t wait for my next visit to the Westin in downtown Los Angeles."

"I stayed in a female quad room and was pleasantly surprised that there was a bathroom in our room. My bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated being told at check in that I could ask for additional blankets. I loved the tall windows and the view. My quad companions were very quiet. I also appreciated having access to the lounge- the hot water to make my own coffee at any time. The environment in the lobby was inviting and comfortable. There were numerous restaurants, cvs, and grocery stores nearby. I am an experienced hostel vistiter so I have many to compare this to. I am impressed."

We were spending way too much money on Ubers to get around and she took time out of her busy day to help me figure out the public transport system, which we ended up using the last 4 days of our stay. She was so helpful it made our stay even more pleasurable knowing people like her worked there. The guest laundry was a bonus too - we came back home to NZ with no dirty laundry "

"The hotel is pretty decent. It's one of our favorites since it's really closed to our favorite theme park which is Universal Studios. They have a shuttle to the park free of charge. The overnight parking is very convenient. "
