"This place was great. Right at the base of the mountain with easy access to the lift to the restaurant up at the ski slopes. Disappointed hotel stays didn’t come with a discount option on the lift which would have been a nice gesture. Not the cheapest at £60 for a day pass with two adults and two children. Snow was amazing, staff are lovely, rooms are basic but clean, tidy and has the necessities. Great location and great views. Parking is subsidised when you stay which is good. Restaurant isn’t cheap nor is the cafe but both looked nice and had a decent menu. Couple of gift shops and bike place if you want to rent or fix something. Worth a visit but if you’re not a skier then likely only a one nighter type place. Would visit again. "

"Amazing staff and charming hotel"

"Stayed in one of their apartments with a family of four plus two dogs. Check in was simple at the main hotel reception. The apartments are located a short drive away from the main hotel and overlook the town, but easy to find and access. The apartments all have free off road parking in a small well kept car park next to the apartment entrance. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for any length stay. Easily enough space for a family with two children and two dogs. Kitchen has an oven, hob, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, and all the utensils needed to cook and eat. Overall an excellent sized property situated in the centre of Fort William and walking distance from shops and bars."

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). It is incredibly beautiful, and the service is second to none. Quiet hotel, one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, the food was delicious - I really can't fault it. Worth every penny. The whole island is owned by the hotel, they have wild otters and seals - the spa was beautiful too. Highly recommend, I will be staying here again"

"We had a memorable stay in Inverlochy Castle Hotel an experience which more than matched our expectations. Minor niggles were quickly resolved and in no way detracted from our enjoyment. We especially enjoyed walking in the grounds (November weather permitting) and the five course dinner in Seasgair was worth every penny, a fitting climax to our special occasion. Our suite was luxurious and retained the character of a well cared for former grand mansion. Staff were welcoming, obliging and engaging."
