"Amazing hotel and staff. Massive shout out to Tunder who went above and beyond to help us get the room we needed. You have renewed my faith in humanity!! Kay, well so down to earth and so funny. You made us feel quite at home with our lively dog. Paula in the restaurant. You were so lovely and our dog really appreciated your attention as did we. Mutahara looked after us checking in and out. Cant believe you just started!! The chef whobcame out tonus when our young dog was barking. We now do the command that you did and ge responds. As first time dog owners and on our first holiday with him we appreciated all the help we could get! You are all wonderful. Oh and the actual location of the hotel is amazing and the rooms that open direct to the grounds is great if you have a dog."

"This place was great. Right at the base of the mountain with easy access to the lift to the restaurant up at the ski slopes. Disappointed hotel stays didn’t come with a discount option on the lift which would have been a nice gesture. Not the cheapest at £60 for a day pass with two adults and two children. Snow was amazing, staff are lovely, rooms are basic but clean, tidy and has the necessities. Great location and great views. Parking is subsidised when you stay which is good. Restaurant isn’t cheap nor is the cafe but both looked nice and had a decent menu. Couple of gift shops and bike place if you want to rent or fix something. Worth a visit but if you’re not a skier then likely only a one nighter type place. Would visit again. "
