"It was our first time staying with double tree and we will definitely be returning! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, the breakfast was really nice and in a beautiful setting too! It's just a bit unfortunate that it can be uncomfortable walking outside, there are some fairly sketchy individuals around the hotel and near byward market and it made our children a bit uneasy, but the hotel felt very safe. I especially liked that you needed a key to get to any floor. We look forward to coming back! "

"A lovely stay every single time! We love how close it is to everything, how cozy and beautiful the hotel and how welcoming and kind the staff is! It's unfortunate that there are some fairly sketchy individuals around the hotel (but mostly towards byward market a couple of blocks over) but the hotel itself felt safe! "
