He upgraded our room to have a beautiful view because we went for my sister's birthday, gave us the snacks for free, sent her 2 plates of macaron with a letter and he took off the fee for the valet Honestly, I recommend that hotel for everyine and I will definitly go again"

"The location is quiet. It feels like you're stepping into a brand new freshly built building. The cleaning staff are fantastic. It's really something little but it made a difference. They made our bed and incorporated my son's stuffed animals and personal blanket into the presentation. This just goes to show the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel. 5 stars doesn't do the Wingate in Kanata justice. I will be staying here again anytime I make my way to Ottawa/Kanata"
