"We had a room for 4, it was a good size, the beds were comfortable, the carpet was nice & it was clean. The bathroom was basic but perfectly fine & clean. Breakfast was reasonable too. The staff were all friendly & made us feel welcome."

"Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. Needless to say, we'll be making a stay at The Post House part of our annual tradition and we're looking forward to staying again next year!"

"Hotel was lovely looking and the room was nice too. However, we paid a rate that was supposed to include breakfast. When we went down for breakfast we were told that the chef wasn’t in work that day so the only things available was panini or toasties out of the coffee room. The food looked like it had been there for ages and I paid for an actual breakfast. We weren’t told there was no chef until we went down for the meal. "Easy check in although had to wait as staff were working in the bar area as well as the hotel. The room was clean and well equipped, the bed comfy but the bathroom was tiny with the smallest shower head I've ever seen that was definitely not a power shower"

"Well what can i say absolutely fantastic hosts and lovely clean room in a lovely location, we found this lovely property as a last minute stay as we were visiting elderly relatives in george elliot hospital nuneaton , we were made to feel completely at home as soon as we stepped though the door such an amazing property and will be even better when the lovely owners have finished renovating would definitely visit again ."
